The Calming Coherence of a Meditative State for Creation

When I truly began prioritizing wellness, meditation introduced me to a realm of peaceful harmony. My success depended on a quiet mind that could experience the rhythm of calm within my consciousness. The medication I prescribed developed when self-love gained enough self-respect to guide my sense of self-worth. An empty mind, reminiscent of a blank canvas, has many uses, both for well-informed knowledge and for its application.
When I began writing professionally, my talent was already within me, but I needed to harness it to craft emotionally driven stories that were uniquely my perspective. After I learned not to rely solely on my understanding of life, my writing rose to levels of pure-heartedness and pure consciousness, becoming a process supported by emotional intelligence. The challenge I still face is that it leaves readers vulnerable to the depths of works that bleed a heart dry. I pour every feeling into the characterization of my stories, and such deep reflection can leave readers mystified.
After I clear my mind, usually early in the morning when the world is quiet, I feel a spiritual connection with my soul that gives me complete insight. My experiences seem less burdensome and more helpful in aligning emotions with the readers’ ability to believe. We do not allow ourselves to experience life firsthand; we trust the realism of a well-crafted narrative. The many books I have read have brought me to places that are subconsciously relevant to growth I would never have known otherwise.
When I imagine a context, writing turns into editing, enabling me to develop thousands of words flowing with purpose. A whole chapter forms in my mind as ideas burst like fireworks in the sky, and I pour out content while the display's flickers mesmerize my imagination. The meditative concepts that follow my blankness serve a poetic purpose, expressing life as seen through diverse lenses standard among humankind. I have worked too hard to develop an original style and voice, but connecting my soul to worlds is a privilege I accept as a creative human being who appreciates the gift.
