When Calhoun Mane signed his promissory note to attend college, he promised to build a fortune doing what he loved. Creativity flowed through his veins like a water hose watering the nature around him. Both faculty and peers noticed that he lacked the knowledge needed to succeed in a program designed for advanced students. They supported his progress whenever possible.

After learning how to turn on a lab computer and engage with the applications that followed, Calhoun quickly became a natural. Even in simple hallway conversations, professors corrected his speech patterns, and his willingness to grow made him an eventual intellectual.

Calhoun achieved new heights through discussions and projects aimed at expanding his creative abilities. He worked through mistakes with a learning mindset, which helped him become a successful artist. When he wrote a manuscript eight different times, the variations in his work allowed him to concentrate on what truly mattered. He developed a unique voice, and his past experiences added depth to an incredible story. Calhoun’s dedicated artistry came with significant debt, undeniable responsibility, and a relationship with himself rooted in honesty—providing clarity, engagement, concise ideas, and the love that followed his imaginative process.
